You work with head and hand here. From the individual part to the complete mold. Everything in your hands. Our molds rely on your manual skills for their final finish.
We don’t volume produce. Each mold is made individually for a specific customer. Our range covers molds for door seals, window guides, frames, glass encapsulation, two-component injection molding and more. You assemble your mold piece-by-piece based on the design data. Your feel for detail and manual dexterity are necessary for spotting and remachining the surfaces and joins of individual mold parts responsible for accurate shaping. You finish off the mold with mechanical and hot-runner systems, check its functioning, and finally produce samples on our injection presses. We also support our customers with services during start of production or repairs. This adds another, highly interesting dimension to the craftsmanship required for the job.
