The PFAFF Group is a global player with plants in Germany, the US and China. Our strategic selection of locations means we can be at our customers’ side quickly, wherever in the world they are. Our headquarters in Röthenbach serves the European market. Our cutting system production facility is also in Germany – in Erkelenz, near Düsseldorf. We are on the ground in the US in Charlotte, North Carolina. This central location means we can serve the entire North American market as well as Mexico. Since 2015, we have operated a further service center in Kunshan, near Shanghai (China). This enables us to support our customers in the Asian region at short notice.
