Apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

What you learn
  • The basics: manual skills and techniques of metal machining.
  • Metal cutting: from writing milling programs to setting up machines to milling molded parts – CNC manufacturing on state-of-the-art systems with 3 to 5-axis technology.
  • Mold construction: from individual parts to complete molds. Producing molds based on design data followed by functional testing as well as sampling on our injection molding machines.

All tasks have one thing in common: no part and no mold is made twice - you only make unique products. That's a big advantage because it guarantees variety and the work never gets boring.

What you achieve
With your work, you produce molds even during your apprenticeship that are used for the production of e.g. car door or convertible seals.

What you can be proud of
PFAFF customers all over the world trust in our craftmanship combined with our extensive range of products and services. You can make your very own contribution to this. And maybe you'll soon see a car on the road with a seal part made in your mold.

What you can expect from us
We develop your skills in a varied apprenticeship that goes far beyond the usual limits. For example, you gain in-depth experience in mold construction, sampling, working with CAD/CAM or using state-of-the-art 5-axis milling machines. We build on your specific talents.
