CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)

You only manufacture single parts! Challenging single 2D and 3D contoured  parts used in injection molds. All parts are unique and different from each other and require their own approach in manufacturing.

Low volume/ large volume production? Not in our company! We will show you that the tasks and duties of a CNC milling machine operator, can be challenging and divers.

• Programming and operation of 3- and 5-axis CNC machining centers with the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control, knowledge of the HURCO Ultimax/Winmax control is an advantage.
• Independent set-up of the machines with the independent choice of suitable clamping devices and tools.
• Processing of components according to production order.
• Quality control of the manufactured components.
• Maintenance and care of the machines and the associated work equipment.
• Various tasks in the workshop area.
• Extensive and detailed training on these systems.

You have a completed training as a CNC milling cutter, toolmaker or a comparable apprenticeship, knowledge of the Heidenhain iTNC 530 control is an advantage.
