CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)

Series parts? Single parts! 

You expect more than just operating a machine? You would like to be part of the entire machining process? In that case we have what you are looking for! With us you can be involved and help to create, all based on your talents.

You only manufacture single parts! Challenging single 2D and 3D contoured  parts used in injection molds. All parts are unique and different from each other and require their own approach in manufacturing.

Low volume/ large volume production? Not in our company! We will show you that the tasks and duties of a CNC milling machine operator, can be challenging and divers.

Our opportunities for CNC milling machine operator: 

• Independent selection of tools.  Process split between roughing and finishing cycles.  Which part will be manufactured on what machine, always keeping in mind the economical use of the machine in relation to the workload. Establish and fine tune the milling strategy.
• Advanced 5 axis milling technology, development of the manufacturing technology.
• 3 axis, 3+2 axis, 5 face and 5 axis simultaneous machining. Programing at the machine. Simulation of the machining process via Vericut simulation software. In process measuring via Blum measuring system.
• State of the art machining park, including 5 axis milling centers with Heidenhain controllers, DMU 160 with automated pallet changers, DMU 210, DMC 75H, Hermle C42, Heckert 1250.
• Extensive and detailed training on all machines.

 

Job requirements
3+ years experience as a toolmaker, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or CNC machine operator
