More than just programming!
Work preparation and NC programming for 3 to 5-axis machining of mold parts. That is your core task. Depending on your interests and talents, you can help design the entire machine cutting process. Unique opportunities allow you to develop your skills in completely new fields of manufacturing and technology.
What does that mean?
Milling simulation with Vericut achieves top process reliability, which forms the basis for fully automated individual part manufacturing. The aim is cost-effective machine utilization without manpower (at night, weekends etc.) and manufacturing even one-off parts during these phases. The focus is on process reliability and optimized, short processing times. Can’t be done? Yes it can! We already apply this process very successfully. But there’s nothing that can’t be optimized further.
Automated programming is about reducing programming work. Even though our solutions are highly customized, there are always similar aspects which can be automated. The objective here is to cooperate with our software developers and automate these standard processes so we can use them on our 5-axis individual-part production machines. This is an exciting area in a completely new field.

What could make you right for us?
You are a qualified Toolmaker, Industrial Mechanic, Cutting Mechanic or Technician. Experience in operating CNC plants and/or with the CIMATRON programming system or another CAM system would be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
